seems like things are spiffy there at LTO when i got there at 8 am. Unusual maybe, even for a monday morning. it looks like they've also changed the window numbers overnight (with new signs). The window that was supposed to release my certificate of license/records-whatever was window 6 last friday --- but today it suddenly became window 10. they also have k-9 units sniffing the bushes. cops in unusually snappy uniforms (but still with protruding bellies) were patrolling the area. i wonder why.
then i saw a banner being raised: WELCOME PRESIDENT MACAPAGAL-ARROYO. well that figures.
unfortunately window 10 was not able to release my documents this morning and i have to come back again at 2 pm to get that stupid certification and then schedule my exam and pay fees and stuff. darn. my face is going to get familiar in LTO. AM RUNNING OUT OF PATIENCE!
it would be wonderful to do my shooting spree at LTO when GMA is there. i can see the headlines:

i would be a hero for saving SC justice hilario davide's ass.

patience is a virtue... but you know what? i almost lost it last week when i renewed my driver's license 2 days before my birthday. oh well, that is the kind of service we get for the taxes we pay... =D
